Blitzy raises $200M at $1.4B valuation to revolutionize the SDLC

Exciting day for the team at Blitzy as we announce our $200M growth round at a $1.4B valuation.

A personal thank you to Sanjot Malhi at Northzone for believing in our vision from the first meeting and leading this round. Also, thank you to Adam Marcus and Neeraj Agrawal for building the conviction to join our mission in a meaningful way.

This journey began nearly three years ago as Sid Pardeshi and I bonded over a shared belief: frontier models alone were not capable of solving complex, enterprise software development problems.

We started Blitzy to build an autonomous software development platform grounded in codebase context from day one.

This moment is bigger than our financing. It marks a broader shift in how the industry is thinking about the SDLC.

Copilots and single-agent tools were built for individual developers writing new code in clean repos. They were never meant to handle real enterprise software, where decades of decisions are baked into every system and the cost of getting it wrong is measured in production outages and lost customers.

The real problem in the enterprise is not generating code. It is producing software that can actually be pushed to production. That requires a fundamentally different approach: one built for context, autonomy, and scale from the start.

The results are driving impact at scale:
– Over 1 billion lines of enterprise code ingested across 10 industries inside the Global 2000
– Highest recorded SWE-Bench Pro score at 66.5%
– Engineering velocity accelerated 5x on average, with mainframe migrations, platform consolidations, and new feature additions delivered in weeks instead of quarters

To our employees and investors who believed well in advance of our stance being proven, thank you! To our customers, thank you for your partnership, we look forward to enhancing the technology and deepening our relationship in the future.

This raise grants us the right to compete. The game is just beginning!
