In 2026, Anjali’s team is pushing WAY beyond that into 3 big pillars:
1.) Capturing richer context about members’ routines and lifestyles so WHOOP can coach proactively before big events
2.) Reasoning over data with the right models and research literature to deliver a strong WHOOP point of view
3.) Facilitating real action. The new AI Strength Trainer automatically builds personalized workout programs based on your history and goals, all within two clicks
