Is Tutor the best emerging robotics startup in Boston?
Last week Cecilia Hermawan was on site for their new office opening, a 35,000 square foot hub on the banks of the Charles River in Wahhtaatown, at the bleeding edge of Physical AI.
This week they announced Data Factory 1, the largest robot data factory in the United States alongside Ti0, their first vision-language-action model, trained on DF1 data.
To build a large scale on-robot data collection fleet, they’re sending their robots to Kindergarten to build Tutors! You see what they did there?
Another step forward in proliferating generally intelligent robotics for the common good.
Congrats Tutor team. The future of robotics looking bright in Boston. PS they’re hiring!
